Guardianship is a court-appointed role designed to support individuals who are unable to make certain personal decisions independently. A JGG Guardian is appointed to assist with managing living arrangements, health needs and, when necessary, certain financial matters. Approving medical treatment, professional services and contractual agreements in the individual’s best interest
Providing support for health care, social, educational and recreational needs while ensuring basic needs are met
Offering representative payee support to help protect Social Security income and maintain financial stability
